Muslim Coupon is not an agent of MC or Merchants, and MC is not an agent of Muslim Coupon or Merchants.

In addition, the Site offers a platform where you can purchase products from Muslim Coupon (“Products”) and participate in other available programs.

Please note that certain Merchant Offerings, Products, other available programs, and pricing on the Site may change at any time at Muslim Coupon’s sole discretion, without notice.

2. Ownership of the Site

In our apps or on our sites, we simply redirect to online order services like DoorDash, UberEats, Toast, or similar Point of Sale (POS) websites and shopping carts. We are not affiliated or responsible in any way for the services they offer or their performance.

Merchants are the sellers and issuers of the Merchant Offerings and are solely responsible for the care, quality, and delivery of the goods and services provided. Vouchers may be distributed by Muslim Coupon, LLC (“MC”) or Muslim Coupon. More information about the distributor of a particular Voucher is available upon request. Muslim Coupon is not an agent of MC or Merchants, and MC is not an agent of Muslim Coupon or Merchants.

3. Use of the Site

As a condition of using the Site, you agree to the following:

• You have reached the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
• You are capable of creating a binding legal obligation.
• You are not prohibited from receiving products or services under applicable law.
• You will not use the Site with crawlers, robots, data mining, extraction tools, or any other similar functionality.
• Your use of the Site will always comply with these Terms of Use.

  • Contains chain letters of any kind;
  • Is purposely inaccurate, commits fraud, or falsifies information in connection with your Muslim Coupon account or to create multiple Muslim Coupon accounts; or
  • Is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights without the express permission of the owner.
• Attempting to do or actually doing any of the following:
  • Accessing data not intended for you, such as logging into a server or an account you are not authorized to access;
  • Scanning or monitoring the Site for data gathering purposes, such as tracking sales, usage, aggregate offering information, pricing information, or similar data;
  • Scanning or testing the security or configuration of the Site, or breaching security or authentication measures;

  • Content from the Site, including details of current or past deals, and presenting such content to consumers in any way that diverts traffic from the Site without our explicit written permission; or
  • Personal Information (as defined in our Privacy Statement), User Content (as defined in Section 12 below), or any content from consumers or Merchants.
• Engaging in any of the following:
  • Tampering with or interfering with the proper functioning of any part, page, or area of the Site or any services provided by Muslim Coupon;
  • Taking any actions that place excessive demand on our services or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or infrastructure (as determined at our sole discretion);
  • Reselling or repurposing your access to the Site or any purchases made through the Site;
  • Attempting to exceed or surpass quantity limits when purchasing Merchant Offerings or Products, or using any Muslim Coupon account to buy Merchant Offerings or Products for resale, speculation, deceit, fraud, or any other unauthorized purpose;
  • Accessing, monitoring, or copying any content from the Site using automated means (such as “robots,” “spiders,” or “scrapers”) or any manual process for any purpose without our explicit written permission;
  • Bypassing or violating the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Site, or circumventing other measures designed to prevent or limit access to the Site;
  • Aggregating any current or past deals, content, or other information from the Site (whether through links, technical methods, or physical records related to purchases made on the Site) with material from other websites or on a secondary site, without our explicit written consent;
  • Deep-linking to any part of the Site (including, but not limited to, the purchase path for any Voucher) without our explicit written consent;
  • Creating hyperlinks to the Site from any other website without our initial and ongoing consent;
  • Engaging in illegal or malicious activities that harm the business interests or reputation of Muslim Coupon, our Merchants, or our services.

10. Copyright and Trademarks

The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including text, software, photos, videos, graphics, music, and sound. The entire contents of the Site are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Muslim Coupon holds the copyright for the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as for the content original to it.

You may not modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without express permission. 13. Procedures for Reporting Infringements and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

The above limitations do not affect any warranties provided directly by a merchant or manufacturer, nor do they limit any express warranties or remedies specifically provided by Muslim Coupon in other terms or for product-related injuries.

16. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or communicating with Muslim Coupon via email, you consent to receive communications from us electronically in connection with your use of the Site. We may contact you via email or by posting notices directly on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Any notice from us will be deemed delivered and effective when sent to the email address you provided on the Site or used to contact us.

You may opt out of receiving electronic marketing communications via your Muslim Coupon account.

If you opt to receive gift cards, vouchers, or other services by SMS, message and data rates may apply.

18. Indemnification/Release

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muslim Coupon, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of or related to:

• any product or service offered by a Merchant, whether or not listed on the Site;
• any action or inaction by a Merchant, including failure to comply with applicable laws or the terms of a Merchant Offering; and
• any conduct, communication, or User Content—online or offline—by any third party.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties and Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk. Muslim Coupon, along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, third-party content providers, and licensors, makes no guarantees that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Muslim Coupon shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Use, or for any delay or failure by a Merchant, due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions;
• War, terrorism, insurrection, riots, or civil unrest;
• Quarantines, embargoes, or other governmental restrictions;
• Labor disputes or strikes;
• Major hardware, software, or network failures; or
• Any other event beyond the reasonable control of Muslim Coupon or the Merchant.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use, or any rights, obligations, or benefits under them, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Muslim Coupon. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void. Muslim Coupon reserves the right to assign these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any third party at its sole discretion.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use—including, without limitation, the incorporated Terms of Sale, Special Programs, Privacy Statement, and any other referenced terms—constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Muslim Coupon regarding the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written, between you and Muslim Coupon relating to the same subject matter.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Use, or your use of the Site or Muslim Coupon’s services, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles or choice of law rules.

If you reside in Canada, such disputes shall instead be governed by the laws of the province in which you reside at the time you accept these Terms of Use, also without regard to conflict of laws principles or choice of law rules.

Muslim Coupon and you expressly disclaim the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent it may be incorporated into relevant law.

23. Dispute Resolution/Arbitration Agreement

a) Binding Arbitration

Except as expressly stated herein, any dispute or claim between you and Muslim Coupon—including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Muslim Coupon Entities”)—arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, your use of the Site, your Personal Information, or any Products or Merchant Offerings (“Dispute(s)”) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. You may, however, bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

By agreeing to this arbitration provision (“Dispute Agreement”), both you and Muslim Coupon waive the right to litigate Disputes in court or to have them decided by a judge or jury, except as otherwise provided in this Section or Section 24(d).

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at the ADR Consumer site. The arbitrator shall apply applicable law, adhere to these Terms of Use and related agreements, and issue a reasoned award if appropriate.

To initiate arbitration, you must submit the required forms via the ADR Consumer site and send a copy to: support@muslimcoupon.com.

Filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by AAA rules. Muslim Coupon will reimburse fees for Disputes under $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claim is frivolous. Muslim Coupon will not seek attorneys’ fees or costs unless the arbitrator finds the claim to be frivolous.

Arbitration may be conducted based on written submissions unless you request, or the arbitrator determines, that a telephone or in-person hearing is necessary. You further agree that:

• The arbitrator’s decision will be governed by these Terms of Use and any related agreements;
• The arbitrator shall apply Illinois law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), applicable statutes of limitations, and recognized legal privileges;
• If the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the Dispute, you and Muslim Coupon will agree on an alternative arbitration provider, or a court will appoint one.

b) No Class Actions

You and Muslim Coupon agree to resolve Disputes only in your individual capacities and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. c) Choice of Law and Forum; Waiver of Jury Trial

If a Dispute proceeds in court (other than a qualifying small claims matter):

• It must be brought in a state or federal court located in DuPage County, Illinois (Northern District of Illinois);
• You and Muslim Coupon irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts;
